About Contributions & Expenses (C&E) Reports
 
All candidates for statewide, county and local elected office in Nevada are required by law to file Campaign Contributions and Expenses (C&E) Reports electronically with the Secretary of State. C&E Reports are filed five times per election cycle during election years.

C&E Reports available on the Secretary of State's website are:

  • Political Action Committees that Advocate for Questions on the ballot (formally known as Ballot Advocacy Groups)
  • Candidates/Incumbents
  • Political Action Committees
  • Recall Committees
  • Independent Expenditures
  • Political Parties and Committees Sponsored by Political Parties

January 15, 2016

Annual Contributions and Expenses Report Due (for the period Jan. 1, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2015)

May 24, 2016   

Contributions and Expenses Report #1 Due (for the period of Jan. 1 to May 20)
June 10, 2016 Contributions and Expenses Report #2 Due (for the period of March 21 to June 9)
June 14, 2016 Primary Election
October 18, 2016 Contributions and Expenses Report #3 Due (for the period of June 10 to Oct. 14)
November 4, 2016 Contributions and Expenses Report #4 Due (for the period of Oct. 15 to Nov. 3)
November 8, 2016    General Election
January 15, 2017 Annual Contributions and Expenses Report Due (for the period Jan. 1, 2016 to Dec. 31, 2016)
Contributions and Expenses Report #5 Due (for the period of Nov. 4 to Dec. 31)
