About Contributions & Expenses (C&E) Reports
 
All candidates for statewide, county and local elected office in Nevada are required by law to file Campaign Contributions and Expenses (C&E) Reports electronically with the Secretary of State. C&E Reports are filed five times per election cycle during election years.

C&E Reports available on the Secretary of State's website are:

  • Political Action Committees that Advocate for Questions on the ballot (formally known as Ballot Advocacy Groups)
  • Candidates/Incumbents
  • Political Action Committees
  • Recall Committees
  • Independent Expenditures
  • Political Parties and Committees Sponsored by Political Parties


IMPORTANT C&E REPORT DUE DATES

February 17, 2015 

Candidate Financial Disclosure Statement Due (10 days after candidacy filing deadline)

March 17, 2015                

Contributions and Expenses Report #1 Due (for the period of Jan. 1 to March 13)
April 3, 2015 Contributions and Expenses Report #2 Due (for the period of March 14 to April 2)
April 7, 2015 Primary Election
May 12, 2015 Contributions and Expenses Report #3 Due (for the period of April 3 to May 8)
May 28, 2015 Contributions and Expenses Report #4 Due (for the period of May 9 to May 28)
June 2, 2015 General Election
January 15, 2016 Annual C&E Report Due (for the period Jan. 1, 2015 to Dec. 31, 2015)
Campaign and Expense Report #5 Due (for the period May 29 to Dec. 31)
