Certifying Authorities are those companies that issue Digital Signatures to the general public. To apply for license to become a Certifying Authority in order to do business with the Nevada Secretary of State and Nevada State government please use the application below:

It is advised that any Certifying Authority applying for license in Nevada read and understand the requirements listed in NAC 720 and NRS 720 prior to submitting their application.
A list of licensed digital signature providers will be made available on the main page of the Secretary of State's home page once they have been licensed. Once licensed the general public may receive a digital signature from any of these CA's and conduct business with the Nevada Secretary of State using the approved signature.
