Mock Election Day is an opportunity for high school students to cast their votes for the candidates in federal and statewide races and on ballot initiatives facing the voters of the State of Nevada. Schools may choose how they want to conduct their election on Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Under the supervision of participating teachers, students assume the roles of “local election officials,” such as voter registrars, poll workers, or members of the election tabulation team. |
