The Secretary of State’s Office will shortly be introducing enhanced functionality for business customers via SilverFlume, Nevada’s Business Portal.
The majority of email recipients will be redirected automatically to SilverFlume in the near future, and you may continue to file as you always have with several new valuable features.
For those of you currently using “bots” (automated programs) against the existing online filing site, you will need to make a change to your “bot” programs. Please contact me (
scotta@sos.nv.gov) by August 31, 2012 for details regarding changes for the “bot” programs.
