(Carson City, NV; August 26, 2011) – Secretary of State Ross Miller is reminding voters eligible to vote in Nevada’s Second Congressional District (CD2) special election that early voting will commence Saturday, August 27, 2011 and will continue through Friday, September 9, 2011.
