(Carson City, NV; September 9, 2011) – The state’s official live results of the Congressional District 2 Special Election on Tuesday, Sept. 13 will be available at www.SilverStateElection.com.

Launched through Secretary of State Ross Miller’s office, the comprehensive reporting website enables the public to easily monitor election results as they are reported by the counties throughout the evening of September 13.

The website, now live, features county-by-county results, updates on the percentage of precincts reporting and past voter turnout statistics for Congressional District 2. The voter turnout feature allows users to view CD2 turnout history statistics from the 2008 and 2010 elections and compare them to the 2011 Special Election turnout. Users also have several options for refreshing the site as election results are reported.

Secretary Miller reminds the public that www.SilverStateElection.com will be the only place to find official statewide results of the Special Election and encourages interested citizens to become familiar with the site so they can quickly and easily receive information on election night.

Voters can find detailed results from previous elections dating back to 1998 by visiting the Election Center at the Secretary of State’s website, www.nvsos.gov.

Today is the last day of Early Voting, and voters can locate their Election Day polling place by visiting My Voter File at www.nvsos.gov and clicking on the Election Center tab.
